Auto: Lease

Auto: Lease covers laws that apply to indirect auto leasing. The product addresses issues in a question/answer format. The questions relate to licensing, lease rates and computations, sales and use tax implications, lease end termination, vehicle disposition procedures and other pertinent issues. The responses are based on state statutes, regulations and materials published by the regulating entity. The responses generally do not cover local or municipal ordinances. The responses do not address issues related to direct loans, retail installment sales or commercial leases.
