You may return your book or guide for a full refund, excluding the original shipping charges, within 30 days of the date that you received it. All books and guides to be returned must be in their original condition, mailed with the original packing slip to:

The subscription term is one year and commences on the date you have paid for the product. You may cancel your subscription, in writing, during the first 3 months of the term and receive a refund equal to 50% of the annual, fully-paid subscription fee. To be effective, your written cancellation request must be received by us on or before the end of the initial 3 months of the term. No refund will be made for any cancellation request received after the initial 3 months of the term.
