Please have anyone in your company who wishes to have access use this link to create a username and password: https://www.counselorlibrary.com/access/ There are no additional charges for additional users. We allow unlimited additional user accounts so long as each user is employed by your company. Our only exception is for Spot Delivery, where each subscription is entitled to 5 online user accounts.

No, but you may change your email address as often as you like by going to "My Counselor" link at the top of the page and selecting Change Email Address from the menu.
