Hudson Cook, LLP, Co-Founder Robert Cook to Keynote the 8th Annual Alternative Finance Bar Association Conference in NYC

The Alternative Finance Bar Association will hold its 8^th Annual Legal Conference in New York City on June 7-9, 2026. Robert Cook, co-founder and partner emeritus of Hudson Cook, LLP, will be the keynote speaker at this year's event. Hudson Cook partners Cathy Brennan, Trisha Cacciola, Kate Fisher, and Robert Gage also are scheduled speakers.

The event is open to AFBA members and select legal professionals who represent providers of commercial financing. Commercial financing funders (non-attorneys) may request an invitation to attend. There is limited space available.

The AFBA conference will feature legal updates from leading attorneys in alternative commercial finance, including the latest regulatory and caselaw developments, and a political panel with Revenue Based Finance Coalition executive director Mary Donohue.
